A compact size for small working space. It has a LCD window in head for worker convenience and status of marking. The “MCU-200B” can be used with a computer through RS-232 cable using JS-2000 software or without computer. Also, It has an external switch “Stop, Start and Reset” button for added convenience.
The MCU-200B is able to support several kinds of language using with computer.

CNC Dot Pin Marking Machine (Model: MHB-95)
The MHB-95 is ball screw guide type. This head is extremely stable and robust. The MHB-95 Print Head can be used not only for Dot Peen marking but also has the added feature of Diamond Drag allowing the end user to mark on the hardest of surfaces. The ball screw with linear bearing allows the most precise marking in the industry. The MHB-95 Print Head is highly recommended when replicating the most precision of Dot Peen marking 2D Data matrix.

MK-100
Wide applications to comply

PMS-V130-LC
/ PMS-V130-HP
The new fully integrated, economical bench-top Marker.
Capable to mark on any material up to 70 HRC as well as
irregular surfaces, up to 12 mm. It requires no PC and is also
suitable for unskilled operators, being its advanced program
very simple. Marking area: 130 x 100 mm. The only difference of
the HP Model is
represented by presence of the serial interface RS232 allowing
to import logos, to store files on HD and to modify jobs by PC.
It is prepared for connection to Bar Code Reader, for marking of
2D codes and for networking up to 32 Markers.

PMS-V5-LC/P
The new revolutionary Portable/Transportable Marker with
pistol-grip handle, weights only 6 lbs. including the
electronics! With the Electronics/Keyboard/Display group which is integrated into the marking head, very simple to operate
and does not require the use of a PC. It is particularly useful
when it is impossible or unfavorable to bring the work-piece to
the Marker, as it is done in conventional systems. Equipped with
a column, it can be easily used as a stand-alone system
of particular efficacy due to the generous 110x30 mm marking
area.

CNC DOT PIN MARKING MACHINE IMPACT PINS:
|
The impact pins for The MARKSMAN marking machines are made of a Tungsten carbide material. There are two types of Pins available the PH and LP pin.
The PH-16 creates a continuous dots style font; therefore, it’s clearer to mark on most surfaces. Also, a sound proof cap for reduced noise is offered with the PH series.

The LP pins have a longer stroke than PH pins and are used for irregular surfaces up to 12mm. These two Tungsten carbide pins can mark from plastic to HRC 60 strong materials. Also, a customer can grind by himself or herself, when pin goes dull. Therefore, The Tungsten carbide pin can use for semi-permanent. The manufacture maintains a patent on all pins.
