The impact pins for The MARKSMAN marking machines are made of a Tungsten carbide material. There are two types of Pins available the PH and LP pin.
The PH-16 creates a continuous dots style font; therefore, it�s clearer to mark on most surfaces. Also, a sound proof cap for reduced noise is offered with the PH series.

The LP pins have a longer stroke than PH pins and are used for irregular surfaces up to 12mm. These two Tungsten carbide pins can mark from plastic to HRC 60 strong materials. Also, a customer can grind by himself or herself, when pin goes dull. Therefore, The Tungsten carbide pin can use for semi-permanent. The manufacture maintains a patent on all pins.
